This policy applies to information collected through this website, accounts, provider applications, search, requests, payments, and communications with us. A provider’s own practices may be governed by that provider’s separate notice.

• Account and contact details, such as name, email, phone number, login credentials, and messages you send us.
• Vehicle, service, and location details you choose to provide for a search or request; approximate or precise location only if you enter it or allow browser location access.
• Provider business, coverage, service, license or credential information submitted for onboarding and listing review.
• Transaction records, such as commitment fees, job payments, refunds, provider payouts, and payment references. Stripe, our payment processor, handles card and bank data under its own terms; we do not store full card numbers.
• Device, browser, log, cookie, and usage information needed to operate, secure, and understand the website; reviews or feedback you choose to submit.

• Operate accounts, search, listings, requests, quotes, payments, payouts, and provider applications.
• Share request details with the provider you choose so they can quote; share your phone number and email with that provider only after you book.
• Process payments through payment providers, provide support, and send service or account notices.
• Review provider credentials and maintain platform safety, prevent abuse, troubleshoot, and improve the experience.
• Send marketing messages only where permitted and honor applicable opt-out choices.

We may share relevant request and contact details with the provider you choose or contact, and provider listing details with visitors. Hosting, analytics, communications, payment, mapping, and security vendors may process data to provide their services under appropriate arrangements. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not describe a provider as an AutoServe360 employee merely because it appears on the platform.

You can enter a location manually or choose whether to allow your browser to provide it. Browser settings can revoke location permission. Cookies and similar technologies may support login sessions, preferences, security, and measurement. Blocking essential cookies can affect account features. Third-party payment, mapping, or linked sites have their own privacy practices.

We retain information while needed to operate the platform, maintain records, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and protect the service, then delete or de-identify it as appropriate. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive credentials through a general contact form.
