Payments run through the platform, so both sides know where they stand.

Request
You send your vehicle and location details with a $50 commitment fee.

Quote
The provider replies with a price within 24 hours – or your fee is refunded in full.

Book
Accept the quote and pay the balance. The $50 you already paid is deducted.

Confirm
The provider is paid after you confirm the work is done – less the platform fee.

Is there a membership or subscription?
What is the commitment fee?
When you send a request, you pay a commitment fee of $50. It shows the provider you are serious, and it is credited in full toward the price of the job when you book.
When is the commitment fee refunded?
You get the full fee back if the provider declines your request, does not reply within 24 hours, or if you cancel before receiving a quote. If you decline a quote or let it expire, the fee is also refunded unless the Fees and Payments Disclosure says otherwise at the time of your request.
What if the job costs less than $50?
If the accepted quote is lower than the fee you paid, the difference is refunded to you when you book.
How do providers pay the platform?
Providers list for free. When a job is completed, the platform keeps an agreed percentage of the job value and the rest is paid out to the provider’s bank account through Stripe.
