AutoServe360 LLC operates a marketplace that helps motorists discover independent automotive businesses by service and location. Participating providers perform and price their own work.
Getting started
Using AutoServe360
What does AutoServe360 do?
Does AutoServe360 repair vehicles or dispatch a tow?
No. The platform helps you find and contact independent providers. Confirm directly whether a provider can help, what it offers, and when it can respond.
How do I find a provider?
Choose a service and enter a city, ZIP code, address, or available location option on the provider search page. Review the current listings and contact a provider that fits your need.
Is help available nationwide or around the clock?
The website is intended for a U.S. audience, but actual service coverage and hours depend on approved participating providers. A listing does not guarantee immediate or 24/7 availability. Search your location for current options.
What information should I have ready?
Share your vehicle year, make, model, location, symptoms, and the service you think you need. For roadside help, describe your precise location and whether the vehicle can be moved safely.
Service decisions
Before approving work
Who sets the price for a repair, tow, part, or delivery?
The independent provider sets the terms of its own service. Ask for the full estimate, parts, labor, mileage, after-hours or disposal fees, timing, and any warranty before authorizing work.
Can a quote change after inspection?
It may, if the provider identifies additional work or circumstances. Ask for an explanation and approve any material change before work continues.
What should I do in an unsafe roadside situation?
If you are in immediate danger, involved in an accident, or facing a medical emergency, call 911 or the appropriate local emergency service first. AutoServe360 is not an emergency response service.
Where can I learn about specific services?
Explore all service categories, including Auto Repair, Roadside Assistance, Tires & Wheels, Battery Service, Spare Parts, and Mobile Fuel Delivery.
Accounts and providers
Fees, payments and applications
Does it cost anything to join?
No. Registration is free for customers and for service providers, and there is no subscription.
What is the $50 commitment fee?
Customers pay a $50 commitment fee when they send a request. It is credited toward the job when you accept a quote, and refunded in full if the provider declines, does not respond within 24 hours, or if you cancel before a quote arrives. See the Fees and Payments Disclosure.
How do I pay for the job?
When you accept a quote, you pay the balance (the quote minus the commitment fee) securely by card through the platform. The provider is paid after you confirm the work is complete. If something goes wrong, report a problem from your account and the payout is held while we review.
What do providers pay?
Listing is free. Providers pay the platform an agreed percentage of the value of each completed job, deducted automatically before the payout to their bank account.
How does a business join as a provider?
Complete the provider application with business, service, coverage, and requested credential information. A submission is reviewed before a listing is approved; approval is not automatic.
Does provider verification guarantee workmanship?
No. Onboarding review may check submitted business details and credentials, but you should still discuss qualifications, scope, price, timing, and warranties directly with the provider.
