Provider Agreement

A provider may apply by submitting business identity, contact information, service categories, coverage area, and requested license or credential materials. AutoServe360 may review the submission, request additional information, approve or decline a listing, and revisit eligibility. Submission does not guarantee approval or lead volume. The person applying confirms authority to represent the business.

Providers operate as independent businesses, not employees, agents, or franchisees of AutoServe360. They control their work methods, hours, service area, pricing, and customer agreements, subject to applicable law and platform rules. This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.

• Maintain all licenses, permits, registrations, insurance, training, tools, and qualifications required for the services and areas you advertise.
• Perform work safely, lawfully, and competently; follow applicable consumer, automotive, traffic, environmental, and privacy rules.
• Keep business details, categories, coverage, availability, and credentials accurate; notify AutoServe360 promptly about material changes.
• Do not describe platform review as a certification or guarantee by AutoServe360.

Reply to each paid request with a quote or a decline within the response window shown in your dashboard; requests that are not answered in time expire and the customer is refunded. Before a customer authorizes work, explain the proposed scope, total or reasonably available estimate, parts, additional charges, timing, cancellation terms, and any warranty. Obtain the customer’s approval for changes. The provider is responsible for invoicing, taxes, receipts, service performance, parts compatibility, and resolving issues related to its work, unless a separate written arrangement says otherwise.

You grant AutoServe360 permission to display the business name, services, coverage area, supplied images, and other listing information for marketplace operation and promotion. You retain ownership of your original materials and confirm you have rights to submit them. Do not post false reviews or manipulate ratings. We may correct, remove, or suspend inaccurate or noncompliant listings.

Listing on AutoServe360 is free. For each completed job booked through the platform, the provider pays AutoServe360 a platform fee equal to the commission percentage shown in the provider dashboard at the time the customer’s request was sent. Customers pay through the platform; AutoServe360 collects those payments through Stripe and transfers the job value less the platform fee to the provider’s connected Stripe account after the customer confirms completion, or automatically after the confirmation window. Providers must complete Stripe onboarding to send quotes. Payouts may be held while a reported problem or card dispute is reviewed, and amounts refunded to a customer are not paid out. Providers must not ask customers to pay outside the platform for jobs that originated on AutoServe360.

Customer phone and email details are shared after a job is booked. Handle customer contact and vehicle details only for the requested service and in accordance with applicable privacy law. Protect account access and report suspected misuse promptly.

A provider may request to close its listing through the Contact page. AutoServe360 may restrict or remove a listing for inaccurate credentials, safety concerns, abuse, legal risk, or breach of this Agreement. Ending a listing does not erase obligations from services already accepted or records required by law.

The Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Marketplace and Safety Disclosures apply where relevant. If a separately signed provider contract conflicts with this general page, that contract controls to the extent of the conflict.
