Agreement and eligibility
Marketplace role
AutoServe360 helps users discover and communicate with independent automotive businesses. Unless we expressly say otherwise, we do not perform vehicle repairs, towing, fuel delivery, parts sales, diagnostics, or other physical services. Providers are responsible for their own qualifications, licenses, insurance, quotes, parts, work, safety, and applicable legal obligations. A listing or onboarding review is not a guarantee of availability, outcome, or workmanship.
Searches and requests
Search results depend on the information provided and current participating listings. Coverage and hours vary. Give accurate vehicle, location, and contact details. Discuss the scope of work, parts, total estimate, timing, cancellation, and warranty directly with the provider before authorizing service. Any service agreement is between you and that independent provider unless expressly stated otherwise.
Fees and payments
Creating an account is free. When you send a request, you pay a commitment fee shown before checkout, which is credited toward the job if you book. When you accept a provider’s quote, you pay the balance through the platform; AutoServe360 collects the payment on the provider’s behalf through Stripe and releases it to the provider, less the platform fee, after the job is confirmed complete. Refund rules for the commitment fee and job payments are set out in the Fees and Payments Disclosure. Arranging or paying for a job found through AutoServe360 outside the platform to avoid fees is not permitted.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Protect your login and notify us about unauthorized use.
- Do not submit false requests, impersonate others, misuse provider credentials, scrape listings, interfere with the service, or violate law.
- Do not upload harmful code, spam, unlawful material, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
- Use emergency services first for accidents, medical emergencies, fires, or unsafe roadside conditions.
Provider listings, reviews, and third parties
Provider profiles and reviews may contain information supplied by third parties. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences; we may moderate content that violates these Terms or law without promising to review every item. Payment processors, maps, and linked websites operate under their own terms. AutoServe360 is not responsible for their separate services.
Intellectual property and platform availability
AutoServe360’s website design, branding, and platform materials remain ours or our licensors’. You receive a limited, revocable right to use the platform for its intended purpose. We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free location information.
Responsibility and limits
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the platform is provided without a promise that a provider will be available or that third-party service will meet a particular result. AutoServe360 is responsible for its own obligations under law; independent providers are responsible for their own services. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not permit us to exclude. If a problem arises, contact us with the relevant account, request, and provider details so we can review the platform issue.
Changes and contact
We may revise these Terms as the platform evolves and post an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the platform or other appropriate means. Continued use after an effective change may be subject to the revised Terms where law permits. Contact us about platform questions. The Marketplace and Safety Disclosures provide more practical guidance.
